American Express Global Business Travel has added a new display feature that shows complete fare attributes for comparison in its Neo booking tool.
Neo's New Fare Display was designed to emulate the fare displays of many airline websites, showing fare bundles side-by-side including attributes to the fare such as whether it includes seat selection, priority check-in or boarding. The display shows corporate negotiated fares and GBT Preferred Extras content in addition to airlines' public content.
The feature currently shows fares from 30 airlines, and Amex GBT will add more "as they adopt the necessary technology standards," according to the travel management company.
The company also said a similar feature for Neo's hotel content is in the works. GBT just over a year ago debuted Rest Assured Solutions, a suite of hotel services designed to bolster booking compliance and reduce leakage.
Wednesday's announcement of NFD follows GBT's launch earlier this week of a new workspace booking service for remote workers offered in partnership with MeetingsBooker.com.
