American Express Meetings & Events has unveiled an enhanced version of its Meetings Insights platform, including new dashboards and “customisable” insights for clients.
The business intelligence tool is designed to give organisations a “comprehensive view” of their meeting data, and the latest upgrade includes dashboards and reports which are organised into five themes: spend and savings, programme, supplier, travel and meetings, and benchmarking.
Noelia Herranz, vice president of global strategy and business enablement at American Express Meetings & Events, explained: “Our enhanced Meetings Insights platform sets clients up for success by giving them greater visibility into what’s happening within their strategic meetings programme.
“Equipped with easy access to in-depth and tailored analyses, clients can confidently make fast, data-driven decisions that maximise savings and meetings programme ROI (return on investment).”
Other enhancements to Meetings Insights include “real-time” data updates through an API integration, self-service capabilities and customisable programme analysis, which allows clients the ability to carry out “granular data drill-down” on its meetings and events.
The platform also uses American Express Meetings & Events’ aggregated client data and industry sources to identify the latest trends and benchmark performance against industry peers and companies with similar profiles.
