All Nippon Airways (ANA) has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the third consecutive year and the Asia Pacific list for the fourth.
The airline was chosen for its sustainability efforts, including its climate strategy, operational eco-efficiency and environmental reporting. It also received recognition for its human rights initiatives, corporate citizenship and philanthropy, privacy protection, talent recruitment and retention, risk and crisis management and information security practices.
The Dow Jones Sustainability Index tracks the stock performance of leading companies according to economic, environmental and social criteria. The 2019 list includes 318 companies, with ANA representing one of 148 firms chosen for the Asia Pacific region.
