Serviced apartments company Cheval Collection is set to open its first international property outside its home market of the UK.
The accommodation brand is set to unveil Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai on 15 April, which will be the first step in Cheval’s strategy to add properties around the world in the coming years.
The Dubai property, located on the “trunk” of the Palm Jumeirah development, will offer 131 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Mohammed Alawadhi, managing director of Cheval Collection, said the brand wanted to become a “global industry leader in the short and long-stay apartment industry”, with the target of signing four new properties every year.
“Our ambitious aims to expand both internationally and domestically are well underway with the launch of Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai,” he added.
Cheval is also planning to launch a MY Locanda property in Glasgow next year, as well as another Cheval Maison in 2025. Currently the brand operates seven locations in London and three in Edinburgh.
