Radisson Hotel Group has announced the opening of its latest German property within Stuttgart’s tallest building.
The 168-room Radisson Blu Hotel at Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart is located on the top 12 floors of the newly constructed landmark building in the capital of the Baden-Württemberg region, which is the home of the motoring giants Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.
The hotel’s facilities include the Balaustine restaurant on the 10th floor and a fitness centre with sauna. There are also seven meeting rooms and two boardrooms – all named after models of Porsche cars.
Radisson added that the property was operating on 100 per cent renewable electricity and has been constructed using sustainable wood and other low-emission materials. The building’s owners are also hoping to be awarded a Gold-level certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council.
Yilmaz Yildirimlar, area senior vice president at Radisson Hotel Group, said: “We're not just creating a destination; we're writing an extraordinary chapter in 21st-century hospitality. Situated within an architectural landmark, this hotel flawlessly mirrors the essence of the Radisson Blu brand.”
