Serko has launched a version of its Zeno travel and expense management service designed to work within the Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud enterprise resource planning platform. The new Zeno SuiteApp enables mutual customers of Serko and Oracle NetSuite to enhance visibility into and control over expenses by integrating Zeno's receipt capture, expense submission and approval features into SuiteCloud's ERP system, Serko said.
Zeno SuiteApp was built using the NetSuite SuiteCloud developer platform under the "Built for NetSuite" programme, which provides NetSuite's third-party partners with resources and methodology to help ensure their applications and integrations meet NetSuite standards and best practices.
In January, Oracle NetSuite was among the ERP systems included in new integration capabilities rolled out for the TripActions Liquid payment and expense platform, along with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
Meanwhile, Serko has been growing its TMC reseller network steadily over the past year. In April, the company signed Frosch as a reseller partner, following previous pacts with Connoisseur Travel, Ovation Travel Group, Acendas Travel and Luxe Travel Management.
