As Editorial Director, Elizabeth West is responsible for the overall content being delivered to the audiences of Business Travel News, Business Travel News Europe and Travel Procurement and product/channel development for each media brand. Elizabeth has helmed Business Travel News and Travel Procurement as Editor-in-Chief since 2015. Prior to that, she directed Content Solutions for the BTN Group and the Retail Travel Group both part of the Northstar Travel Group. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of Meeting News magazine and the Director of Content Solutions of ProMedia.travel. Elizabeth has reported on the business travel and meetings industries for more than 20 years and is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.

Andy Hoskins brings to Business Travel News Europe more than 15 years’ experience reporting on the travel and hospitality industries, most recently as the Editor of The Business Travel Magazine. Andy has garnered several awards, including Travel Trade Journalist of the Year and Business Travel Editor of the Year and is a past recipient of a Young Leaders Scholarship from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. Andy holds a BA Combined Honours Degree from the University of Southampton and lives in Sussex with his wife and two children.

Michael B. Baker joined BTN in 2006. Before taking over the transportation beat in 2014, Michael covered the lodging industry for BTN for eight years and also has covered expense and payment tools. He cut his journalistic teeth in the newspaper industry, covering business and industry for both The Press of Atlantic City and The Facts, a daily in the greater Houston area where he won awards for both breaking news and feature coverage.

Donna M. Airoldi joined BTN in April 2019. She began covering the meetings and incentive industry in 2002, working for MeetingNews then Incentive Magazine. She also has experience covering consumer travel and the real estate industry. She earned her master’s degree in journalism in 2016 and was awarded the Reuters Fellowship by the Overseas Press Club Foundation in 2017.
