Customers flying with easyJet can now connect to Virgin
Atlantic flights via Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast thanks to an expansion
of the airlines’ partnership.
The carriers first formed a partnership in 2018 through Worldwide
by easyJet, a platform delivered by technology provider Dohop that allows
passengers to book onward connections with easyJet’s partner airlines.
Virgin Atlantic joined the platform in 2018 for flights at
Gatwick. The latest expansion means easyJet passengers flying from across the
UK and Europe through Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast can book Virgin
Atlantic flights to international destinations such as New York, Barbados and Orlando.
The news comes as easyJet announces its autumn 2022 flying
schedule, with more than 78,000 flights available between 1 October and 30
November next year.
