The 2023 Hotlist will be compiled through a combination of

'Hotlisters', and the insight of BTN Europe's editorial team, and will be published online in January.
Nearly 250 nominations were lodged for The 2022 Hotlist.
Among the people featured were Linda Bekoe and Carol Fergus for
bringing conversations around diversity, equity and inclusion in the
business travel industry to the fore, and David Blackhurst-Evans and
Ruth Andrade for their pioneering work in 'greening' the travel
programme at Lush.
Companies that made the list included Jet Blue
as it got transatlantic services off the ground, German travel
management association VDR for its efforts in persuading Lufthansa to
extend its Pay As You Fly programme to all corporates, and American
Express Global Business Travel in the year it went public on the New
York Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, business travel trends identified
on the 2022 Hotlist included the rise of sustainable aviation fuel
deals, continuous sourcing and purposeful travel.
