Advito, the consultancy division of BCD Travel, has launched a self-service tool to help SME clients manage their hotel programmes.
The Hotel Boost online tool includes an automated sourcing platform powered by Vindow, market rate analytics dashboard, educational courses and a community functionality for networking with peers and Advito consultants.
The subscription-based tool is “completely self-service” and available for purchase globally. An annual subscription includes full access to the platform, which, according to the company, has been specifically designed to cater to the budget constraints of the SME segment.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce Hotel Boost to a market segment that has long been underserved in terms of access to robust programme management and optimisation tools,” said Alicia Olson, director of customer success.
“Our goal is to empower small to medium-sized clients, providing them with comprehensive education on the hotel category, data and analytics tools, and access to a community of their peers that will propel them toward success,” she added.
Hotel Boost launches with two educational courses on how to optimise programme size and strategy and negotiate with hotel suppliers. Three additional courses covering analytics, sustainability and implementing market-level rate targets will be introduced “over the course of Q1”.
