Hotel booking platform HRS has appointed industry veteran Audrey Serror as its new vice president of sales in France.
Serror, who was previously VP of hotel growth strategy for CDS Groupe, will work alongside Emmanuel Ebray, HRS France’s vice president of procurement and supplier solutions. Both will report to Pierre Mesnage, HRS’s managing director for Western Europe.
Mesnage said: “Audrey is a key element of our growing team in France and her choice to come aboard could not happen at a better time.
“With the multiple challenges managed travel programmes face today, there is surging interest in France in the AI-infused technologies provided by HRS’ unique lodging-as-a-service platform.”
HRS said in a statement that Terror would “engage directly with corporates, leveraging her relationships and deep knowledge of how automation can enhance transient and meetings-related lodging processes to drive savings and optimise programme performance”.
Serror has spent more than 25 years in the technology sector. She has also worked for Accor’s Hcorpo Group and corporate payment specialist AirPlus where she was head of sales and account management.
