Travel tech specialist PredictX has launched sheri.ai, a range of tools that use artificial intelligence to “automate monotonous tasks” for travel managers and procurement personnel.
The off-the-shelf tools can help users interpret data, enhance policies and deliver service support, and features a “user-friendly drag-and-drop interface”.
“We are creating virtual employees with particular expertise that can be ten times as productive as humans,” PredictX CEO Keesup Choe told BTN Europe. “This enables you to give a bot an identity, define its job description, give it the right skills and set goals.”
Launched at last week’s GBTA/VDR Europe conference in Hamburg, Choe said sheri.ai should be seen as a recruitment tool, “enabling T&E managers to ‘create’ and ‘employ’ an array of virtual AI colleagues, each endowed with specialised skills to handle routine yet crucial tasks.”
Currently being piloted with two customers, sheri.ai has already led to “notable improvements in task efficiency and decision-making speed”.
Choe added: "We've crafted a tool that’s intuitive right from the start. Professionals will find the experience familiar, like using any other everyday office software, but with the profound capability to customise and refine AI agents to their specific operational needs.
“This isn’t about 'using AI' in the abstract – it's about applying a practical, no-nonsense technology that works seamlessly out of the box and evolves in sophistication with use."
