Singapore is further easing its Covid-19 travel restrictions with the removal of pre-departure testing for fully vaccinated travellers from 26 April.
Earlier this month Singapore ended a seven-day quarantine requirement for vaccinated arrivals not travelling on a dedicated Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight.
Travellers who are not fully vaccinated will still need to take a pre-departure test within two days before departure for Singapore, undergo a seven-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN), and take a PCR test at the end of their SHN period.
"Following the successful launch of the Vaccinated Travel Framework earlier this month and with the removal of pre-departure testing requirements, we are excited to welcome fully vaccinated travellers back to experience a reimagined Singapore," said Michael Rodriguez, area director Northern & Southwestern Europe at the Singapore Tourism Board.
"Our Ministry of Health has continued to monitor the local and global Covid-19 situation and has taken a measured approach to gradually easing restrictions to allow for safe travel."
