Outgoing Click Travel CEO Jill Palmer
Click Travel CEO Jill Palmer has today announced she has decided to leave the TMC 'to pursue new opportunities'.
Palmer has been with the company, ranked 12th in the leading 50 TMCs last year, for eight years, starting out as operations director before taking on the CEO role.
James McLean, Click’s co-founder, who is taking over as CEO, said “I would like to thank Jill on behalf of the board for her significant contribution over the last eight years and wish her all success in her future career.”
Palmer said, “This is a difficult period for business travel but I am leaving Click in the best shape to meet the challenges and to continue its growth trajectory into the future. Working with my colleagues at Click has been tremendously enjoyable and I wish all of them the best for the future."
Palmer announced on LinkedIn that she is currently volunteering as part of the UK’s vaccination programme and will be working some shifts in mass vaccination centres in the Midlands.
“I feel privileged to be able to be a small part of the national effort to beat the virus,” she said.
