Corporate Travel Management (CTM) executive director and CEO of Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia Laura Ruffles is stepping down from those roles "due to a personal health issue," effective immediately, the company announced on Tuesday (12 March).
However, Sydney-based Ruffles will "remain with CTM to continue her leadership of customer-facing technology, aligned to delivery of our five-year plan," according to the TMC.
CTM's regional CEOs now will report to CTM managing director Jamie Pherous, who in a statement said: “I would like to thank and acknowledge Laura's significant contribution as an executive director and senior leader over many years and I'm pleased she will remain involved with CTM in a pivotal role that provides the flexibility she needs at this time."
The Australia-headquartered company last month posted record 1HFY24 results that include the doubling of revenue in Europe while also setting out plans to achieve two-fold profit growth within the next five years.
