Radisson Hotels Group has launched its first Radisson Red property in Serbia, marking the brand’s debut in Southeast Europe.
The Radisson Red Belgrade opened this month following a complete renovation and rebranding of the former 88 Rooms hotel in the Serbian capital.
Located in the city’s old town, the hotel features 88 guest rooms with an ‘industrial’ design, co-working spaces and two meeting rooms fitted with videoconferencing facilities and space for up to 36 in-person delegates. There’s also a gym, rooftop bar and ‘modern’ restaurant as well as ‘creative’ communal spaces that can also be used for events.
The hotel’s tech savvy extends to self-check-in terminals and an app that can be used to access rooms, control any of the room features and to order food and drinks.
“We are immensely proud to open Radisson Red Belgrade as the brand’s first cutting-edge upscale Radisson Red property in Southeast Europe,” said Reli Slonim, president of the management board of Arena Hospitality Group, which operates the hotel.
“This hotel marks another key step forward in our mission to provide outstanding experiences to guests in our properties located in multiple cities and countries,” he added.
