Travel management company Gray Dawes has joined PSNGR1’s agency programme and is now offering its online booking tool to customers.
Gray Dawes, ranked the 15th largest TMC in the UK, praised PSNGR1’s next generation storefront, NDC capability and intuitive interface. The booking tool will be offered to customers alongside existing tech partners Atriis and Concur.
Suzanne Horner, Gray Dawes Group CEO, said the partnership allows the TMC to “offer clients a fully tailored solution based on their needs and, importantly, their choice.
“It’s exciting to see NDC leveraged through the shopping and booking experience of the next generation storefront which presents fares based on travel experience, but moreover, and in time, personalised offers to our customers.”
Horner added: “This is an exciting time for Gray Dawes. We’ve seen a real post-covid bounce-back to business travel and have set our own turnover ambitions high.” The TMC posted £210 million in sales in 2019 and is now targeting £300 million within the next two years.
PSNGR1 founder and CEO Chris Moss added: “Gray Dawes have built an enviable reputation of challenging the status quo and delivering an award-winning travel experience to their customers… PSNGR1 will now be part of that value proposition.”
Gray Dawes is the second UK-based TMC to add PSNGR1 after TakeTwo secured a partnership with the platform last November, while a third UK TMC is understood to be close to finalising an agreement with the tech provider.
According to the company, PSNGR1 serves a customer base of more than 2,500 companies.
The US-based business, founded in 2016, appointed Richard Viner as general manager UK and Europe in March. “We have invested to expand further into Europe as we begin to scale our business,” said Viner.
Meanwhile, Julian Munsey has joined Gray Dawes as vice president of global sales. He was previously group sales director at Meon Valley Travel and prior to that senior manager, consulting and strategy, at Reed & Mackay.
