European serviced apartment booking platform Homelike is making its debut in Denmark. It aims to offer more than 2,000 units across the country within three months, focusing on Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg.
It also plans to add more than 5,000 apartments across Norway, Sweden and Finland in the first quarter of the year and is planning to launch in the UAE due to corporate demand.
The platform already covers much of Europe with access to apartments in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Austria. It also expanded to New York in 2021.
Currently, the Homelike platform features more than 120,000 apartments in 13 markets. However, that will more than double, to more than 300,000, when it adds the portfolio of QGN to its offering following the companies' merger last year.
Philipp Morawietz, managing director of Homelike, said: "Our platform's success globally has been driven by our commitment to providing a home away from home for business travellers and expats, and we look forward to extending that commitment to our new guests in Denmark."
