UK-based aparthotel company Native Places has completed a significant renovation of its Glasgow property (pictured) and confirmed the signing of a new location in London.
Its new addition in the capital city, Native Fulham Broadway, will open in 2025 and become the group’s eighth aparthotel. It will comprise 41 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, together with a bar and lounge area.
The group has also completed a comprehensive refurbishment of its Glasgow aparthotel where its redesigned space “combines historical architecture with modern amenities, reflecting Native Places' dedication to creating dynamic and inviting environments, whilst preserving each building's heritage and identity.”
In a previous announcement, Native also confirmed that its new King’s Wardrobe, St Paul’s aparthotel, London, will open this April.
The group posted revenue growth in 2023 that exceeded expectations by 25 per cent. In addition to its portfolio of aparthotels, the company operates 11 serviced apartment locations across London.
Its recently appointed CEO Olivia Immesi said: “This is a very exciting time for Native Places as we expand operations further across the UK. The future of aparthotels worldwide, and in particular in the UK, is significant with the demand for longer stays one of the swiftest-growing sectors within the hospitality industry.”
