TMC technology provider TripStax has agreed a contract to provide its services to US-based travel management firm Tangerine Travel.
Tangerine Travel, which has its headquarters in Seattle, serves corporate, leisure, luxury, and meetings and incentive clients.
The technology deal will see UK-based TripStax provide its stack of proprietary travel management modules to Tangerine Travel, including Approve, Analytics, Docs, Portal, Profile and Track.
Eoin Landers, VP of sales - North America at TripStax, said: “This is a significant step for TripStax in demonstrating the huge productivity and cost-saving benefits that an agency can gain by using the fully interconnected stack of TripStax modules.
“We look forward to working with Tangerine Travel to help them truly reap the benefits, grow their business and continue delivering exceptional service to their clients.”
TripStax was only launched two years ago when it was spun off as a standalone company by owner ATPI. Since then, TripStax has been busy doing deals, such as the acquisitions of TapTrip and Hotelzon, as well as forging partnerships with Lufthansa City Center, Jyrney and Thurst Carbon among others.
Angie Lepley, founder and CEO, Tangerine Travel, added: “We recognised the need to transition our automation to a more contemporary non-GDS centric platform to futureproof our technology.
“We are delighted to be implementing the full TripStax tech offering and look forward to the benefits this will bring for our customers and our business.”
