The Accor
Group plans to open more than 80 new hotels globally in 2024, including
several European brand debuts.
Hyde London City marks the brand's British debut, opening at 15 Old Bailey early next year.
The France-based hotel giant expects to debut several of its other brands in Europe next year, including its first SLS-branded property in Europe — the SLS Barcelona — and the
first Mövenpick property in Poland.
The hotel group also plans to launch its first
Handwritten Collection property in Paris in 2024, alongside other brand
debuts, including Novotel in Spain, opening late next year, and TRIBE in Italy's Milan.
Other European openings include The Hoxton, Vienna opening early 2024, two Novotels – one in Tbilisi, Georgia and one in Hamburg's HafenCity – a Mecure in Romania and a TRIBE in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Globally, the group is opening more than 80 hotels next year.
In September Accor appointed Julie White as chief
commercial officer Europe and North Africa for its premium, economy and
midscale division.
